CRNA Job Details
  • Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - General Anesthesia
  • Employment Type: Locum Tenens CRNA
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks with ongoing potential
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,330 - $5,040
  • Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
  • Setting: Anesthesiology / Perioperative Care
CRNA Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
  • Current Pennsylvania CRNA licensure and advanced practice credentials
  • Board certified or board eligible as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Ability to manage a broad range of anesthesia cases in a high-acuity surgical environment
  • Experience with general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, ventilation management, and acute volume/blood pressure management
  • Comfortable performing central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
  • Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical setting
CRNA Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for a diverse surgical case mix, including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases
  • Deliver general anesthesia across adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma populations
  • Perform spinal anesthesia and support advanced airway management and ventilation support
  • Place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters as needed
  • Monitor patients closely and respond to acute hemodynamic changes
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative care teams to support excellent patient outcomes
