- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's
- Case Mix: General cases - ortho, ent, urology mainly. Provider should also be comfortable with healthy peds and regionals. No OB (they have a 24-hr OB team). No heads and no hearts either
- # of OR's: 5 to 6 rooms
- Support Staff/Supervision: Provider must be comfortable practicing autonomously
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
