About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Management Clinic team.

Team Structure:

  • Collaborate with 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including:
    • Electrical stimulation
    • Facet joint injections
    • Intralaminar epidural injections
    • Medial branch blocks
    • Medication management
    • Nerve blocks
    • Physical therapy coordination
    • Rhizotomy
    • Sacroiliac joint injections
    • Transforaminal epidural injections
    • Trigger point injections
