DESCRIPTION:

Avg 2-3 patients per hour
Primary Care, Occ Med and Urgent Care experience
Ages 14+
Single Provider clinic
OccMed required (Audios, Drug Testing, Pre-Employment Physicals, Police/FF physicals, Breath/Alcohol Test),
Wellness Ctr and Workers Comp possible.
DEA not req'd
EMR: eClinicalWorks
On-site training days prior to first shift

REQUIRED:
LA state license; active, unrestricted
BLS

COMPENSATION:
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
