Opportunity Highlights

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient adult primary care services to approximately 20 patients per day.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, psychosocial evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Provide both in-person and virtual healthcare services through audio/video and audio-only encounters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure coordinated patient-centered care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and support departmental performance goals.

The role is situated in an outpatient clinic setting, where you will manage a diverse adult patient population. Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals and serve as a resource to the community.
• Commitment to patient-centered/patient-valued behavior.
• At least one professional reference within the past 24 months.
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred.
