• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am-5pm & call
• Call: 1:3 -evening every night/weekend, Friday 4pm - Monday 7am
• Weekends required

• Hem -60%, Onc-40%
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
• Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage
• APPs Provide Coverage: 2
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 15-16
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): Approx 1-5
• Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): 2 level
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
• Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

Requirements

• Board Certified
• CT license in hand at the time of submission
• BLS
• Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed
• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission
