• Full-time availability required
• Monday Friday schedule
• 5x8-hour shifts
• No call
• Medically directed model

• Coverage model:
  • 3 MDAs
  • 9 CRNAs
• 9 ORs
• Bread and butter cases only
• No pediatrics, heads, or hearts
• Case mix includes:
  • Orthopedics
  • General Surgery
  • GYN Surgery
  • Ortho Spine
  • Urology
  • GI
  • Minor Vascular
  • Breast Surgery
• Must perform own blocks
• EMR: Epic

• Board Certified required
• ACLS & BLS required
• Active Texas license
