Full-timeBoard Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physicianto join a thriving outpatient practice in Lafayette, Indiana. The group includes three physicians, three nurse practitioners, and an experienced support staff in a busy, well-established clinic.

What You Need:

  • MD/DO with completed Family Medicine residency

  • Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine

  • Active or eligible Indiana medical license

  • BLS (American Heart Association) required or obtainable

  • Strong commitment to clinical quality and patient satisfaction

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to build long-term community relationships

Schedule & Practice Details:

  • Practice hours: Monday"Friday, 7:30 a.m."5:30 p.m.

  • Flexible schedule; no weekends or holidays

  • Average 18"20 outpatients per day

  • Shared call: 1:4 with nurse triage system

  • Physician oversight of one nurse practitioner

  • Telehealth available

  • On-site lab

  • Common diagnoses: child and adult wellness, back pain, endocrine issues, hypertension, heart failure
