Job Description:
- Supervise, educate, coach, and mentor nursing staff, and foster a caring environment that respects our patients' dignity
- Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team that plans, delivers, and evaluates all patient care provided
- Respond in a lead role in case of a health emergency and therapeutically intervene to de-escalate patients' behavior
