TYPE: 1099 Locums contract

Where: Oklahoma City. Two sites

Need: NP

When : Sept 1,2,6,8

Shift 7:30am to 4:30pm on Sept 1,2,6.

8:00 am-5:pm on September 8

Duties : NP/PA for Primary Care. Peds to adult.

Primary care visits, biometric testing, pre-employment

14-16 patients per shift.

Requirements;

BLS, DOT
