DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide anesthesia care for surgical procedures across ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, ENT, and plastic surgery
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Manage post-operative recovery and pain control
- Collaborate with the surgical team in an independent, CRNA-only practice
