What You ll Do - Provide supervision-based anesthesia across various departments, including ORs, cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology
- Perform spinal blocks and arterial lines, with opportunities for other procedures as experienced
- Manage anesthesia for a diverse patient population (adolescents, adults, geriatrics), with 90%+ over age 12
- Support anesthesia services for Level II trauma cases, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, and interventional radiology
- Collaborate with a team of providers in a hospital setting with a 378-bed facility and EPIC EMR system
- Work required call shifts, including weekends and weeknights, with a schedule planned every 6 weeks
What You Need - Board Certification (BC) required
- Idaho license or ability to obtain one (processing takes approx. 30-45 days; longer if pending)
- DEA and CSR certifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred
- Comfort with supervising anesthesia in a Level II trauma environment
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays, especially Christmas
