Coverage Needed

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule:
  • 7/1-7/9
  • 7/20-7/27
  • 8/24-8/31
  • M-F clinic/OR (8a-5p, includes 1-hour lunch)
  • OR scheduled 1 day per week
  • flexible assigned shifts
  • minimum 1 week per month
• Call: Beeper; weeknights and weekends call, 20-minute response time

• EMR System: Cerner
• Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient
• Rounding
• Support Staff: RN: 1, MA: 5, PA/NPs: 2, Office Staff: 1
• Trauma Level: 1
• PEDs Level: 3
• Comprehensive ENT practice APP support in clinic and OR

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensed in Montana or IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • All certifications need to be issued by AHA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Fellowship preferred
• Facial trauma experience required
  • Mandible Fracture Repairs
  • General head and neck experience
  • Complex head and neck is not required
