Practice Details
NICU Environment
- Level III NICU at Northside Hospital, Atlanta
- High-volume NICU/SCN with 1,400-1,500 annual admissions

- Strong hospital integration and expanding neonatal program
Clinical Responsibilities
- Management of critically ill and premature newborns
- Neonatal stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing ICU care
- Collaborative clinical decision-making with multidisciplinary teams
- Evidence-based, individualized neonatal care delivery
- Participation in continuous NICU coverage and patient management
- Support for program growth and increasing patient demand
Team Structure
- Neonatologists (including dual-boarded genetics specialists)
- Pediatric intensivists
