Practice Details
Clinical Environment
- Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
- Multi-hospital coverage model (4 facilities)
- Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
- High-autonomy practice supported by neonatologists
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide neonatal care across NICU and nursery settings
- Delivery attendance and newborn stabilization
- Ongoing neonatal management in Level II NICU environment
- Work collaboratively with neonatologists and APP team
- Maintain high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care
Team Structure
- 6 Neonatologists
- 1 Pediatrician
- 16 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs/NNPs)
- In-house neonatologist coverage with on-call backup support
- Collaborative, collegial team environment
Scheduling
- Full-time schedule with 16-24 hour shifts

- Rotational coverage across assigned health system
