Ongoing dates to support sporadic vacation coverage
Coverage Details Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Sporadic weekday coverage based on provider availability
Two providers needed
Requirements Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Active Colorado license or IMLC
Clean Malpractice/background
Active DEA - Highly Preferred
Required Procedures / Skills Radiation oncology
Emergent and urgent clinic visits
Treatment planning
Treatment supervision
Assignment Details Outpatient setting
Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
Support staff: RN
Coverage needed for provider vacation gaps with ongoing sporadic dates
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days (emergency temp privileging available)
Equipment: Varian TrueBeam (Machine), Eclipse (treatment planning)
EMR: Epic and Aria
