Job Details:
Work in a 180-bed hospital-based facility with 11 operating roomsProvide anesthesia services for cardiovascular, vascular, neuro, general, ENT, urology, orthopedic, robotic, colorectal, podiatry, and plastic surgery casesCover out-of-department services including non-invasive cardiology, OB, endoscopy, and radiology (CT/MRI)Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop comprehensive care plansAdminister general, regional, or monitored anesthesia careMonitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complicationsProvide post-anesthesia care and pain managementMaintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standardsHandle approximately 35 surgical cases per dayWork 8 or 10-hour day shiftsSupervision ratio of 1 MDA to 4 CRNAsCurrent RN license and NBCRNA certification requiredMaster's or Doctorate from accredited nurse anesthesia program requiredBLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or preferredAccepting new graduatesPatient demographic includes minimal pediatrics, mostly adult and geriatricRequired procedures include general surgical cases, obstetrical cases, and neurosurgical casesAdditional procedures include arterial line insertion, IV insertions, and floor intubationsFacility:
