Anesthesiology Physician

Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center & Ontario Medical Center

• Schedule: Monday Sunday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm
• Coverage: ASAP start for 6 months, option to extend
• Hours: 4 5 shifts weekly (10 hour days)
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 weekend per month
  • Must work 2 of the 3 major holiday weeks
• Case Mix:
  • General anesthesia
  • General surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology
  • Limited Neuro (only occasional)
  • No OB, No Cardiac
  • Some healthy pediatrics (minimal)
• Model: Collaborative team with multiple MDs + CRNA
• Pay Rate: $250+hr
• Requirements: BC, BLS/ACLS/PALS
• Credentialing: 90 days
• Client Preference: Local candidates preferred
