Details of Assignment:
Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Call is on rotation 1 in 3 on weeknights and 1 in 4 on weekends.
All CRNA practice
Case Mix: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo
CRNAs need proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Active Oregon license
