Hematology/Oncology Physician

This client has an immediate need for a Hematology/Oncology physician to support locum coverage at their well-established cancer institute.

Start: ASAP (Pending Credentialing)
Shift: Mon - Fri from 8:00am - 5:00pm
NO WEEKENDS, NO CALL!

EMR: EPIC
Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive oncology and hematology care to adult patients
• Manage an inpatient caseload of 12-15 patients per day
• Cover outpatient oncology cases as needed for physician vacation coverage
• Collaborate with two other physicians in the practice
• Documentation and patient management

Requirements :

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Virginia State License
• BLS
