Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize data based on the severity of the patient's condition, documenting all findings. Administer prescribed medications, report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments, and monitor patient progress effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of coordinated care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and participate in educational programs to continuously develop skills and knowledge. Respond to and prioritize patient needs quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Support patient safety initiatives and comply with all infection control standards.
