This role involves supervisory responsibilities ensuring high standards of patient care, liaising between administrative staff and medical teams, and maintaining operational efficiency during assigned shifts. Coordinate nursing operations across various departments during assigned shifts. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Assess staffing needs and manage schedules to maintain optimal patient care. Provide immediate conflict resolution within the nursing teams and between staff and patients. Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges ensuring seamless processes. Evaluate ongoing patient care and coordinate with medical staff to adjust treatment plans as needed. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment. Competency in healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
