HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Charge Coordinator to lead our Freestanding ER team in Clearwater. This vital position entails overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care while adhering to compliance standards and operational protocols. Oversee daily operations in the Emergency Department ensuring effective patient care and workflow management. Coordinate and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and the highest standards of care. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Assist with patient care planning and management of medical emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Manage resources efficiently while ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
