Commercial Finance Specialist

Position Overview Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team. Essential Functions: * Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit. * Daily maintenance of credit lines * Review & decision order requests * Follow up on current inventory both sold & display * Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments * Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action * Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants * Managing rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental * Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication * Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred but not required * 2 years' prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred * Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts. * Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products. * Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills. * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
