Kaiser Permanente Georgia seeks a dedicated and skilled Advanced Urgent Care RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. Leveraging our integrated model, this role is pivotal in providing high-quality emergency care to our members, ensuring swift and accurate responses in urgent medical situations. This position demands exceptional clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Provide immediate medical attention to urgent care patients, assessing their conditions and implementing critical interventions. Record patient’s medical history and symptoms, provide necessary medical treatment, and advise preventive health care as needed. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Operate and monitor medical equipment. Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans, medications, and preventive behavior. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism and ethical practice Knowledgeable in using medical equipment appropriate for urgent care settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/CPR Certified ACLS Certified preferred
