Cath Lab Tech

In this role, you will work within our state-of-the-art catheterization labs, where your expertise in cardiac care and patient support will contribute directly to our mission of advancing health. You will participate in complex procedures, assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their procedure. Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures. Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining consent. Monitor patient vital signs and heart rhythm during procedures. Operate and maintain all cath lab equipment safely and efficiently. Administer medications as directed by the cardiologist. Document procedural steps, medications, and patient responses. Follow all hospital protocols, policies, and safety measures. Proficient in the use of cath lab equipment and technology. Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and precise in clinical tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent. CPR certification required.
