Provide patient care in a Neuro-Trauma ICU setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress, identifying any changes and adjusting care plans accordingly. Utilize advanced medical equipment and document all patient interactions accurately. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
