Our new team member will assist in various dental procedures and manage other dental assistants, all while maintaining our commitment to comfort and patient satisfaction. As the Lead Dental Assistant, you will be instrumental in both handling complex dental assistant tasks and in the overall functioning of the dental practice. Assist in the preparation and execution of dental procedures. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of dental assistants in the clinic. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Manage dental supplies and inventory effectively. Enhance patient comfort and provide care during dental treatments. Coordinate with dental staff and collaborate with dentists to ensure efficient workflow.
