Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to our mission of providing excellent clinical outcomes in a compassionate environment. As an LPN, you will work closely with our diverse patient population to deliver high-quality care and services under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff. This role requires a balance of nursing skill, communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring that each patient’s unique recovery needs are met in our state-of-the-art facility. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans and progress. Administer medications and injections to patients as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Assist with patient mobility and personal care activities, adhering to patients’ unique healthcare plans. Communicate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment and discharge plans, ensuring understanding of their health status and care. Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Strong clinical skills in patient care and medication administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Capacity to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license to practice in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to acquire within a specified timeframe. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
