Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS preferred Description: We are seeking a dedicated oncology registered nurse with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The unit features 24 beds and a compassionate team dedicated to supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. The staffing includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and a clinical nurse leader for optimal patient care. Patient ratios are typically 1:4 or 1:5, ensuring a manageable workload. Experience with standard unit equipment and electronic medical records is required. Candidates must possess a valid RN license and BLS certification to be considered for this role. Chemotherapy certification is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic hospital policies and guidelines apply, and staff may be required to work weekends.
