This is a long-term assignment with an ongoing need until permanent staff are hired. The patient population is underserved and medically complex, with a strong focus on OB cases. Key Details: OB experience required (C-sections and epidurals) Case types include GI, Neurology, GYN, IR, and heavy bread-and-butter No hearts or transplants All adult patients; primarily Spanish-speaking CRNAs work independently with a physician partner (1:1 care team model) Only one CRNA on shift at a time Average 5–6 cases per shift; OB is the primary focus No call required Scheduling is done 1.5 months in advance CA license required (no licensing assistance) EMR: Cerner Orientation: 12 hours OT billed after 8 hours/day at 1.3x multiplier Facility Highlights: Brand new, state-of-the-art equipment CRNA call room available Secured, free parking in a structure
