Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,766 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 PM - 07:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIH Stroke Certification required Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, ability to work with minimal supervision Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a stressful environment. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. The department serves adult patients and has telemetry capability. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5-6. The unit is supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator.
