Position Overview: This role provides the opportunity to support multiple clients by managing their full-cycle bookkeeping functions, delivering accurate financial information, and maintaining strong client relationships while working directly with firm leadership. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage accounting activities for multiple clients simultaneously. ? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. ? Record vendor expenses and maintain organized documentation. ? Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform reconciliations. ? Prepare bank statements and financial reports. ? Create various accounting reports for client needs. ? Process client payroll accurately and on schedule. ? Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. ? 2–5 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience. ? Public accounting experience a plus. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. ? Experience with Sage Intacct preferred. ? Payroll processing experience required. ? Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high-quality output. ?
