LPN/RN Ambulatory

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Assist with examinations and routine procedures, including collecting patient health histories. Administer medications and vaccinations. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Support patient education on health conditions and preventive care. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
