As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will support surgical patients, managing post-operative care and ensuring optimal outcomes in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care throughout the recovery process. Provide direct nursing care in a surgical setting. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Advise patients and their families on post-operative home care needs, diet, and exercise programs. Participate in development and implementation of nursing care plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Proficient in providing pre and post-operative care Capable of working effectively in high-pressure environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS Certification is preferred.
