Physical Therapist Location: Medford, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,618 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience Description: Home Health Physical Therapist position available in Medford, Oregon, and surrounding areas. The start date is ASAP. Shift is 8-hour days, and 4x10 or 3x12 shifts cannot be accommodated. Ratios are 1:1, with the potential to visit up to 6 patients per day. A standard of 30 productivity points is expected. First-timers are not accepted. No weekend requirements. On-call duties are not required. Floating between like units is not required. Local candidates are accepted within a 50-75 mile radius, and locals will receive the same rate. Travelers must have their own transportation. The facility minimizes drive and windshield time, but there may be occasional travel of 50 miles. Primary series COVID vaccination is required along with one booster. Oasis experience is mandatory for this role. Home health experience is preferred. The traveler is expected to have reliable transportation. References are required from supervisory personnel covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty or setting within the last three years. All travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the same state. A refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
