CT Tech Location: Hanford, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,590 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Computed Tomography Tech Profession: Computed Tomography Tech Specialty: Computed Tomography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: FRI-SUN 2000-0830 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice required. Certifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) required. Advanced Certification in the modality of CT preferred in CA. Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification required. Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment preferred. Venipuncture certification preferred. ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required. Must-Have: Experience with the GE EVO CT Unit. Description: Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment. Produces cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric. Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation. Uses PACS and teleradiology system to correctly transfer images to the appropriate location. Maintains accurate records, files, and billing information. Ensures the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to privacy guidelines and regulations. Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
