Physical Therapist Location: Concord, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,695 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Experienced Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 1-3 years preferred License: Must have New Hampshire or Compact PT license or willing to obtain temporary license Certifications: None specified Must-Have: - Clinical competence in the administration of formal standardized tests, scales, and tools. - Understanding of the profound and prolonged impact of chronic illness. - Ability to consider the individual's age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational status. - Awareness of the challenges an acute care episode presents to patients and family members. Description: Performs patient evaluations and re-evaluations. Documents in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards. Advocates for and actively develops interdisciplinary team members. Ensures access to all areas of the facility as needed. Verifies and reviews all provider orders. Applies all pertinent medical information, including lab values and vital signs, routinely. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of chronic illness impacts. Considers all aspects of an individual’s status in care and rehabilitation. Understands the challenges faced by patients and families during acute care episodes.
