SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an exceptional landlord-tenant attorney to join an esteemed NYC real estate law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in landlord-tenant resolution and trial work across Civil Court, Housing Court, and Supreme Court. They should have a proven track record in handling holdovers, non-payment cases, and extensive appearances in housing court. The successful candidate will join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. What You’ll Bring: · Minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution and trial experience in Civil Court, Housing Court and Supreme Court. · Trial experience and ability to successfully oversee a case from inception through trial. · Demonstrate contemporaneous experience in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and in taking and defending depositions. · Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are necessary. https://sourceprosearch.com/
