Physical Therapist - LTC

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a Facility in Hermiston , OR. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $92.59 / hour *1099 Independent Contractor Minimum Qualifications: A valid and current physical therapist license issued by the state of OR A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English Job Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and movement abilities Create and carry out individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy Use equipment and modalities (e.g., heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) Educate patients on proper exercises, posture, and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members Maintain a clean and safe treatment area Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and function If interested, please apply through this job post.
