Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Pizza Preparation: - Prepare pizzas, pastas, and other menu items according to Pizza Hut recipes and quality standards. - Ensure proper portioning, topping arrangement, and cooking times. - Food Safety & Cleanliness: - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment. - Keep work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils clean and organized. - Speed & Quality Control: - Maintain efficiency during peak hours, ensuring fast and accurate food preparation. - Check food quality, including taste, appearance, and temperature, before serving. - Inventory Management: - Assist with tracking inventory levels and report shortages to management. - Help with receiving and storing deliveries according to procedures. - Customer Interaction: - Occasionally assist in packaging orders for delivery or takeout. - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and accuracy in food preparation.
