Job Description Job Description Location: Baltimore and Surrounding Counties Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour Experience Required: 1-2 years working with youth or behavioral health About the Role: We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: ?? Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis. ?? Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement. ?? Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching. ?? Maintain daily reports and service documentation. ?? Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines. Requirements: 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma/GED 2 years experience OR Associate’s degree 1 year experience in human services. Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.
