In this role, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes across a variety of cases. This position requires an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure effective patient care and achievement of health goals. Provide personalized patient care under physician orders in the patient’s home setting. Monitor patient’s condition and update care plans accordingly. Administer medication and operate medical equipment safely. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and care routines. Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in patient care. Proficient in nursing practices, standards, and protocols. Ability to handle medical equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of practice. CPR certified. Additional certification in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) is preferred.
