Dock Builder - Weekly Pay

Job Title: Dock Builder Location: Castle Hayne, NC (Floating Dock Manufacturer) Atlantic Staffing is hiring Dock Builders for a manufacturing plant in Castle Hayne, NC. If you enjoy working outdoors, with your hands, and have construction/carpentry experience, we want to hear from you! Position Details: Full-time, Weekly Pay, Overtime! Temp-to-hire after probationary period Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM and some Saturdays, 8 AM - 2 PM Pay: Based on experience & Passing Both Tape Measure Tests - Must Score 100% on all tests. * 2-5 years experience $14 - $16 * 5 years experience $17 - $18 Responsibilities of the Dock Builder: Work in a partially outdoor environment, using tools such as hammers, drills, and impact drills. Move and stack heavy materials (up to 75 lbs by yourself or more with help). Perform general clean-up duties. Exposed to varying weather conditions. Follow safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements of the Dock Builder : Must read and use a regular tape measure (pass pre-employment written and verbal tape measure tests). Ability to follow instructions, work well with a team, and maintain & follow safety standards. 2 years of construction-related experience required. (roofing, framing, carpentry, etc.). Steel-toed boots required (you must provide). Reliable transportation and great attendance is required. Overtime Required as needed for large projects.
