Field Sales Rep - 2038

A homecare organization is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new client growth through in-person outreach and relationship building. This role focuses on developing referral sources and expanding private duty nursing and homecare services in the community. Responsibilities Include: Visiting hospitals, facilities, and community referral sources Developing and maintaining referral relationships Generating new client leads through in-person outreach Converting leads into active homecare clients Representing the organization professionally in the field Ideal Qualifications: Prior experience in Private Duty Nursing (PDN) or homecare marketing Field sales or relationship-based sales experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable with in-person outreach Salary : $60k - $75k/Year Commission To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
