General Manager - comm'l heat treat/braze This location provides heat treating and braze services, specializing in Honeycomb Braze. Serving the Aerospace and Commercial Industries. Responsibilities: Fiscal Responsibility Heat Treat Revenue Growth and Development Braze Revenue Growth and Development NDT Labor, Staffing, and Employee Training Quality Control Customer Relations Quoting and Invoicing Purchasing Process and Equipment Control Equipment Repair and Plant Maintenance Qualifications: Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering preferred, but the right experience is also considered. Must have knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing. Heat treating experience is required. Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap Quality Systems Strong Leadership and Management skills.
