Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant operation inluding opening, closing and product ordering. Assist with aspects of Profit/Loss with the business. A generous monthly bonus will be paid for meeting food and labor goals. Several opening shifts as well as several closing shifts expected (not later than 10pm). Meals and uniforms included.
