About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will be Responsible for excellence around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment as well as b e responsible for end-to-end logistics for trade show material, collateral and sample distribution and o wn alignment with local sales function for tradeshows/collateral/sampling and improve sales & marketing productivity. What You Will Do Manage a marketing operations team of 6 to achieve goals and deliverables as outlined in the marketing strategy Senior lead and budget owner of the annual national sales meeting Manage team and become SME in Asana software to quantify US marketing projects and deliverables Manage team and execute excellence processes around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment? Manage team and excellence processes around education workshops in coordination with brand marketing and sales Contribute to local market planning, A&P investment levels and KPI settings? Analyze performance and recommendations of trade shows based on ROI Create and secure execution of efficient Marketing Operations Management of operational budgets within alignment with Brand Management A&P? Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization?
