Senior CNA

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our vibrant team. Focused on providing top-tier care in underserved communities, we value holistic health and wellness. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting our nursing staff, and enhancing patient outcomes. This position requires an experienced individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to the well-being of our patients. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff, including bathing, feeding, and transporting patients. Record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans for patients. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Communicate with patients and their families, providing compassionate support and information. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Train and mentor junior CNAs and other auxiliary staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Profound ability to monitor and record patient vital signs and behavior. Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards. Physical ability to lift and move patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification preferred.
