Physician Assistant | Dermatology Location: Boston, MA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing dermatology practice just south of Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a strong referral base and access to modern dermatologic technologies. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrodessication Provide patient education and develop individualized treatment plans Document care accurately and efficiently in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $130,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience and productivity Productivity-based bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package, which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) CME allowance Malpractice coverage Retirement plan options Qualifications Current NP or PA license in the state of Massachusetts Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience required Board Certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA
